How It Works
File Uploads can be made at the time of purchase. The maximum upload is 4GB for a single file. Alternatively, you can submit files via email.
We accept both Adobe PDF and PPML file types for printing. We are developing more informational content that outlines how to export Adobe InDesign PDFs and submit them for printing. As well as how to submit Personalized Print Markup Language (PPML) files.
Pricing is based on the quantity of newspapers printed. The minimum quantity available for printing is 200 copies. Why 200? Because you’ll need at least 200 copies to mail via USPS Marketing Mail.
FREE shipping will be provided on selected quantities within specific geographic zones in the USA. All shipments will be trackable. Tracking codes will be available once labels are made and shipments are in progress.
Billing is not available for any orders. All orders must be paid in advance of printing at the time the order is placed. All major credit and bank debit cards will be accepted for payment.
A support ticket system will be made available from our website. This will allow any customer the ability to submit a ticket and track responses and updates to issues encountered in the production and printing of any order. Online chat during certain hours will also be implemented at launch.
