Exterior building architectural rendering by ChrisAyoola (via Fiverr), a Nigerian Architect, for Internet Webpages Newspaper, Inc. (IWN). This project was conceived by E. Danté Hamilton, founder of IWN, who envisioned a multi-story complex necessary to scale and expand the business he established on January 14, 1998. This 27-minute video narrates the floor plans that make up this building, which will be erected in Chicago, IL USA. There will also be a digital twin of this building launching in the metaverse in Q2 2022.
ABOUT THE BUILDING
The current building design is a recreation of an initial rendering completed in 2009 by another architectural student. ChrisAyoola has taken the original design, which was inspired by the Southern California Beach House created by MeierPartners (Richard Meier, architect) and updated the 2009 concept rendering into a structure unlike any other currently in existence here in present day Chicago architecture.
CURRENT RENDERING FLOOR PLANS
The current building rendering design consists of:
- A103 - Basement (for expansion)
- A101 - Floor 1 (digital printing and periodical publishing center)
- A102 - Floor 2 (journalist & content creator coworking center)
- A104 - Rooftop
WATERMARKS
The building rendering is undergoing modifications to the design, in addition to other elements that will make it ADA compliant. That is why you see the fiver watermarks on these drawings. Once final delivery of the modified renderings are completed and delivery is taken the watermarks will be erased.
ADDITIONAL FLOOR - A105
Also, there is an additional floor that has been added to the current design. This floor will be a special event center and collection of workspaces, including an incubator, accelerator, private suites and IWN corporate offices.
