Hamilton is launching PersonalizedNewspaper.com in Q123, which is a web-to-print, SaaS solution for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands that enables them to create, publish, print and mail a newspaper-formatted, personalized direct mailer to existing customers.
Hamilton started his business as a commercial artist and graphics designer in 1977 while in East Technical High School (Cleveland, Ohio). After relocating to Chicago, IL in 1990, he became both a graphic and web designer in 1994. Founded Internet Webpages Newspaper, Inc. in 1998. In 2008 he founded the original Chicago WordPress Meetup Group, which reached nearly 1,000 members at its peak.
Inspired by a "Little" known fact about WordPress, he hosts most all over his dozens of websites using this open-source content management system. Which many Americans do not know was co-founded by a mixed-race, Black man from the United Kingdom named Mike Little.
Today, Hamilton is one of four co-hosts of ElevatePrint, a monthly podcast on the Print Media Centr platform focused of issues facing Black Printers in the industry.
In his spare time, Hamilton mentors underrepresented BIPOC Founders on how to create a DTC brand, launch an E-commerce website on Google Cloud Platform and grow their business online through his IWN.Haus virtual, Entrepreneurs E-Commerce Academy.
Hamilton is a huge fan of Nollywood Romance and Drama movies and watches them exclusively. He also listens to mostly Afrobeats music.
Outside of his own business ventures, Hamilton invests in other Black-Owned Businesses via equity crowdfunding. He also likes to explore purchasing products from Black Founders, especially prescription eyewear.
